Should the need arise to return a product, please first contact us at info@substance666.com With who you are, what you ordered and when you ordered it.
We cannot accept any un-solicited returns.

We must be notified of any returns within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
All costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Proof of sending is not a proof of receipt by Substance.
We will always endeavor to sort out any problems at the earliest possible convenience.
